Terms of service
LAST UPDATED · AUGUST 4, 2026
These terms govern your use of HawkOrbit (“the service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
1. What the service is
HawkOrbit provides search-engine, AI-answer and competitor intelligence tools. Each “run” dispatches your inputs to live workflow engines that gather and analyze publicly available information — page crawls, search results, AI-engine answers — and returns the results to your account.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
3. Plans and quotas
Paid plans are prepaid for one month and meter the number of runs you can launch in that period; unused runs do not roll over. We may adjust plan limits or pricing; changes never shorten a period you have already paid for.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Plans are one-month prepaid purchases — there is no auto-renewal and we never charge you without you initiating a payment. When a paid month ends, your plan simply lapses until you choose to purchase again. Refunds are covered by our refund & cancellation policy.
5. Acceptable use
- Use the tools on domains you own, work for, or lawfully compete with — the service analyzes publicly available information only.
- Don’t attempt to probe, overload or disrupt the service or its engines, or to bypass quotas, signing or access controls.
- Don’t resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.
- Don’t use the service for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
6. Results are intelligence, not guarantees
Run results come from live third-party systems — search engines, AI answer engines, crawls — that change constantly and are outside our control. Results are provided as-is: we don’t warrant their accuracy or completeness, and we don’t guarantee any ranking, citation or business outcome from acting on them.
7. Availability
The service is under active development and provided without an uptime guarantee. If a run fails because of an engine fault on our side, it will either be shown to you as failed or not counted against your quota — we don’t silently burn your runs.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the month the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Termination
You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time (see the privacy policy). We may terminate accounts that violate these terms; if we terminate your account without cause during a paid period, we will refund the unused portion.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be flagged on this page. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
