Like a menu, not a taximeter. Each instrument's price is shown on the button that fires it, before you press it — a Tech Stack X-Ray is 1 credit, a full SEO Audit 3, a Rank Tracker flight 1 credit per keyword plus 1 for its search-volume data (10 keywords is 11, and 25 is the cap); the whole deck is 102. Both metered instruments vary only because you choose how big they are — the rank tracker by how many keywords you watch, the AI-visibility flight by how much you ask and of whom: ChatGPT 3, Perplexity 3, Claude 3, Gemini 2, Google AI Overview 1 credits per question, so the default 6 questions across 3 engines is 48, and the largest flight the product allows — 10 questions across all 5 engines — is 120. The price never changes with your site's size, reading your results is always free, and a run that fails on our side is refunded automatically. Credits are pooled across your whole workspace and refill every 30 days. Don't share a login — invite people instead. A workspace holds a team (Scout is one seat; Apex is 10), everyone gets their own sign-in, and everyone sees the same brands, runs and history. Roles decide what each person may touch: owners handle billing, admins manage people and brands, analysts run tools and edit orbits, viewers read only — which is what you give a client. Separately from seats, each PERSON may stay signed in on 2 on Scout, 3 on Hawk, 4 on Apex, 5 on Talon — a laptop and a phone, say. Sign in past that and you're asked to end one of your own sessions first; you can see and revoke them any time in Settings → Account. That's per person, not a workspace total: an Apex team of 10 can be signed in on 40 devices between them.
