Privacy policy

HawkOrbit (“we”, “us”) is a search, AI-answer and competitor intelligence service. This policy describes what data we collect when you use it, what we do with that data, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what the service needs to run, we sell nothing, and we run no advertising trackers.

The data controller is IVERTON AI PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U63119RJ2026PTC113910), registered at Vake 27, Gametiyon Ka Mohalla, Badgaon, Udaipur Shastri Circle, Girwa, Udaipur, Rajasthan 313001, India. Data requests can be sent to support@hawkorbit.com or to that address.

Data we collect

• Account data. Your email address, an optional display name, and a salted hash of your password (we never store the password itself).
• Google sign-in data. If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google tells us three things about the account you pick: your email address, your name, and that account’s permanent Google identifier. We store all three — the identifier is what recognises you on your next visit, so your account keeps working even if your address changes at Google. We request only the openid, email and profile scopes: we never ask for, receive, or have any way to reach your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service. This data is used for one thing — creating and signing you into your HawkOrbit account. It is never used for advertising, never sold, never shared with anyone, and never used to train any AI model. You can disconnect HawkOrbit at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and deleting your HawkOrbit account erases what we hold, as described below. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
• Workspace data. The target domain, competitor domains and keywords you add to your orbit. You provide these yourself; they exist so runs can pre-fill.
• Run history. The inputs, timestamps, status and results of each run you launch, stored so you can review them later.
• Payment data. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card or UPI details go directly to Razorpay and never touch our servers; we store only the payment and order identifiers Razorpay returns, and the plan they paid for.

What we do with it

Your workspace data and run inputs are used for exactly one thing: executing the runs you launch. When you launch a run, its inputs are sent server-to-server to our workflow engines, which may in turn query third-party services (live page crawls, search results, AI answer engines) to do the work. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except as needed to execute your runs and process your payments.

Cookies

We set a single session cookie so you stay signed in (it expires after 30 days or when you sign out). Signing in with Google adds one more, and only for the ten minutes the sign-in takes: a short-lived cookie holding the one-time token that proves the round trip to Google came back to the same browser that started it. It is deleted the moment you land back here. There are no advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.

Anonymous counters

To see whether the site works, we count things like page views and button clicks. These counters are anonymous by construction: no cookie, no IP address and no account identifier is stored with them — just an event name, a path and a timestamp, which cannot be tied to you.

Security

Passwords are hashed with scrypt. Every payload dispatched to an engine is HMAC-SHA256-signed on the server, and engine credentials never reach your browser. Data is stored on servers we control.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete the account yourself, without asking us, from Settings → Data & privacy → Danger zone inside the app: that erases your workspaces, brands, run history, saved boards, public links, and anything we received from Google if you signed in that way. If you would rather we did it, email us at support@hawkorbit.com from your account email. Deletion is permanent. Payment and tax-invoice records are kept for as long as the law requires; everything else goes.

Children

HawkOrbit is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will note the new date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after a change means you accept it.
