How billing works

Every HawkOrbit plan is a prepaid purchase — one month or one year, paid once through Razorpay for a 30-day or 365-day period with a monthly credit balance (every instrument has a fixed, published credit cost per run). There is no auto-renewal: we never charge you again unless you choose to purchase another period.

Cancellation

Every HawkOrbit plan is a prepaid purchase — one month or one year, paid once for a 30-day or 365-day period. There is no auto-renewal and no subscription mandate on your card: we never charge you again unless you choose to buy another period.

So there is nothing to cancel. If you do nothing, billing stops on its own when your paid period ends — you are not required to notify us, and there is no cancellation window to catch or fee to pay. Your workspace stays reachable after that; the paid features simply stop until you buy another period.

If you want your account and its data removed as well, email support@hawkorbit.comfrom your account address and we’ll delete them — see the privacy policy for what that covers.

Cancelling is separate from getting money back. If you want a refund for a period you have already paid for, the terms and the 7-day risk-free window are on the refunds page.

Refunds

Runs burn real engine fuel the moment they launch, so refunds work like this:

• Within 7 days of purchase, fewer than 120 credits used: full refund, no questions asked.
• Later, or with more credits used:email us — if something on our side didn’t work as promised, we’ll refund the unused portion of your month, pro-rata.
• Failed runs never count. A run that fails because of an engine fault on our side has its credits refunded, so it never eats value you paid for.
• Duplicate or mistaken payments are refunded in full.

How to request one

Email support@hawkorbit.comfrom your account email with the payment ID (it’s in your Razorpay receipt). We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically arrive within 5–7 business days.
